Privacy policy
Your data, used for
your requested work.
This policy applies to the owner-operated Hermes personal Google integration. It covers the assistant's handling of connected Google data and the public information site.
Data accessed
Only enrolled accounts are connected. Depending on the permissions granted and the task, Hermes may access account identity, email messages and attachments, drafts and labels, calendar events, Drive files and document contents, spreadsheets, presentations, tasks and contacts. Different accounts can have different permissions.
Purpose and use
Google data is used to provide user-requested assistance and configured personal workflows, such as schedule summaries, email search, drafting, document work and task organization. Data is not sold or used for advertising. Google user data is not used to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Processing and service providers
The integration calls Google's APIs. Relevant content may be processed by the assistant's configured AI and infrastructure providers to carry out an authorized request. The configured model route, connected tools and requested output determine which services receive content. These providers are used to deliver the requested functionality, not for independent advertising or sale of data.
Human access is limited to the account owner and authorized operators for support, security or maintenance, or where disclosure is required by law. This personal deployment is not a public account-connection service.
Storage, security and retention
OAuth credentials are kept in protected operator-managed storage, outside public source and this website. Assistant conversations, requested outputs, logs, memory and backups can retain content under the operator's configured retention and access controls. This deployment has no single automatic deletion period for every data type.
Only data needed for the requested functions should be retained. Do not submit information you do not want the configured assistant services to process. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Revocation and deletion
You can revoke future Google access at Google Account connections. Revocation stops further authorized API access; it does not automatically erase earlier conversations, outputs or backups.
To request disconnection or deletion of retained Google-derived data, contact the operator who provided access, using the support contact displayed on the Google authorization screen. The operator will address live stores and explain any backup, security or legal retention limits.
Google API Limited Use
Hermes' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
This public website
These static pages do not request Google authorization, collect form submissions or use application analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting and network providers may process routine request information, such as IP address and browser metadata, for delivery, reliability and security. No connected account data is published here.
Changes and contact
Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date. For questions or deletion requests, contact the integration's operator through the user-support contact on its Google authorization screen.
